An Elmira woman accused of killing her Batavia stepson by giving him anti-freeze, has now been indicted for murder.
24-year-old Melissa Engelhardt is being held on $100,000 bail in the death last November of 21-month old Andrew Cianfrini.
Prosecutors say Engelhardt put anti-freeze in the child’s juice cup during a weekend visit in Elmira with the child’s father, George Englehardt.
Little Andrew lived with his mother Kristen in Batavia.
