The Allegany County man now facing federal fraud charges for claiming he has a stake in Facebook is speaking out about the social networking giant's attorneys.
Paul Ceglia maintains threats against one of his attorneys by Facebook lawyers prompted that attorney to withdraw from Ceglia's case. Ceglia also believes Facebook's attorneys are behind the criminal charges brought against him by federal prosecutors. Prosecutors say Ceglia doctored a contract between himself and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to make it look like Zuckerberg agreed to give Ceglia at least a 50 percent share in the company.
Ceglia was indicted yesterday on federal criminal wire and mail fraud charges and faces up to 40 years in prison.
