Things are looking better for a 96-year-old man who was seriously injured during a home invasion last weekend in Buffalo.
Officials say Levi Clayton has been upgraded from fair to good condition at Erie County Medical Center, where he has been since the attack at his East Side home Saturday.
Clayton suffered a broken jaw and other injuries during the attack, committed by three men who ransacked the home looking for cash and valuables. They escaped with jewelry, cash and hunting rifles. They remain at-large.
