40 people are being questioned today as potential jurors in the trial of Scott Doll of Corfu.
Jury selection began this morning.
The 46-year-old Doll is accused of murder in the February 2009 slaying of Joseph Benaquist of Pembroke.
Jury selection has been scheduled for three days, the entire trial could take up to three weeks, according to courtroom observers..
District Attorney Lawrence Friedman is prosecuting the case.
Paul Cambia of Buffalo is defending Doll. The trial is being heard by Genesee County Court Judge Robert Noonan.
