The Genesee County District Attorney’s Office has agreed to drop a prostitution charge against a Western New York woman who once appeared on the ABC series “Wife Swap.”
Alicia Guastaferro, 21, was found apparently passed out in a running vehicle with Rochester attorney James Doyle in August at the Pembroke Thruway Plaza.
She is still facing misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation and possessing a controlled substance outside the original container.
Doyle was originally charged with soliciting a prostitute, but that charge was dropped last month.
Guastaferro is scheduled to be back in court March 12.
