A 25-year-old Warsaw man is facing drug-related charges.
Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies found Aaron Prusak parked in the roadway in a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado on Route 19 in Bergen on Friday.
Prusak is facing charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and aggravated unlicensed operation. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 2.
Two Batavia location K-Mart employees are facing petit larceny charges.
Ryan DeSantis, 19, of South Main Street and Kyle Ferguson, 20, of Maltby Road, Oakfield, were working when they allegedly stole something. Both were issued appearance tickets for Town of Batavia Court for Jan. 17.
A Rochester man with 31 active licensed suspensions and revocation of his driving privileges since 2000 was arrested for traffic violations.
Alberto Laboy-Bertran, 74, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator. He was found driving on Townline Road in the Town of Alabama. Laboy-Bertran was committed to Genesee County Jail on $25,000 bail.
