Two people are facing petit larceny charges for allegedly stealing from Batavia stores.
Charlee Tanner, 21, of Lyndonville, is accused of stealing almost $167 worth of merchandise from Kmart in Batavia.
Robert Freeman, 21, of East Avenue, Batavia, is facing two counts for allegedly stealing from Target on two separate occasions in mid-December.
Tanner is scheduled to be arraigned in Town Court Jan. 17 and Freeman is due for his arraignment in Town Court Jan. 7.

A Warsaw woman is facing six total charges for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
City of Batavia Police responded to a one-car accident at 420 East Main Street on Friday night. Danielle Sundown, 30, of Livingston Street in Warsaw allegedly fled the scene and was located a short time later at a local business where an investigation revealed she was drunk.
Sundown was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court Jan. 16. Additional charges are pending.

Three Warsaw residents, including two teens, are facing charges after a Sheriff’s Deputy allegedly observed them in possession of marijuana.
Nineteen-year-old Thomas McFadden, 17-year-old Michael Aquino and 23-year-old Chelsea Laley are charged with unlawful possession on marijuana. McFadden was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. The three were allegedly smoking marijuana at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the area of 127 North Street, Batavia.
All three were issued appearance tickets.
