An inmate of the state prison in Collins has been charged with felony counts of burglary and possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny.
Jamie Schlonski, 40, was arrested by LeRoy Police for allegedly breaking into a Village home last August, stealing checks and then cashing them. He was arraigned in Town Court and returned back to Collins Correctional Facility.
Two people are facing second-degree harassment charges for allegedly having contact with people they were supposed to stay away from.
Ryan Cook, 34, of Mill Street, Batavia, is accused of having unwanted physical contact with a female acquaintance. Also, Alicia Stankwick, 21, of Angling Road, Corfu, allegedly repeatedly sent unwanted text messages to a male acquaintance after she was advised by City of Batavia Police the day before to refrain from contacting him.
Both were issued appearance tickets and are due in court in the coming week.
