An Illinois man is accused of stealing two tractor trailer tires on Route 77 in Pembroke yesterday.
Ramon Domanski, 51, of Lake Bluff, Ill., is facing a fourth-degree grand larceny charge – a class E felony.
Bail was set at $1,000. Domanski is scheduled to return to Town of Pembroke Court on March 12.
A Batavia man is facing two charges for allegedly stealing a TV from Wal-Mart and damaging a security device.
Daniel DiLaura, 38, of Brooklyn Avenue, is charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief.
A Livingston County nurse is accused of taking medication from the facility she works at.
According to the Sheriff’s Office report, the nursing facility staff received information that 29-year-old Lisah Jacobs was allegedly under-dosing residents and keeping the medication for herself which resulted in the investigation and her arrest.
Jacobs is charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse. The Sheriff’s Office did not reveal the name of the nursing facility.
Following her arraignment, Jacobs was released and is set to appear in Mount Morris Court at a later date.
