The families of the Continental Connection Flight 3407 crash victims are trying to get their lawsuit moving.
Pinnacle Airlines is involved in bankruptcy proceedings, and family members of crash victims have filed a motion seeking to have the stay lifted on their lawsuit.
Pinnacle is the parent company of Colgan Air, the regional carrier that operated the plane that crashed in Clarence, killing 50 people. The lawsuit alleges that Colgan pilots were not properly trained and were forced to fly when sick and fatigued.
