A Bethany man is facing harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing charges.
Charles Oshea, 35, of Clipnock Road, allegedly grabbed a woman’s neck and forced her to the ground.
Oshea was remanded to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail following his arraignment. An order of protection was issued for the victim.

A Warsaw man whose driving privileges were suspended in December due to failure to pay child support is facing a third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation charge.
Adam Almeter, 28, was also charged with going through a red light. He is set to appear in Warsaw Court at a later date.
