Albany lawmakers are predicting a relatively drama-free budget negotiation period.
Following Cuomo's budget unveiling Tuesday, Senate Republican Leader Dean Skelos says he believes the governor's spending plan is a "good blueprint. I don't see a reason why we can't have an on-time budget."
Legislators, so far, are making mostly positive comments about the budget proposal.
