Three people were injured in an early morning, two-vehicle crash in Corfu.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies said fog was probably a factor in the accident.
A van driven by 81-year-old Myron Chittenden of Genesee Street, Corfu pulled out into Route 33 in front of his home and collided with a pick-up truck. Deputies said there was dense fog at the time.
Chittenden and a passenger, 30-year-old Martin Pacer, were both taken to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.
The driver of the pick-up, 26-year-old Kenneth Warren of Crittenden, was taken to the Erie County Medical center.
None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.
No charges were placed.
