A Batavia man is facing a felony count of grand larceny.
Andrew Perdock, 25, of Liberty Street allegedly made an unauthorized charge of $32.40 on a woman’s First Niagara debit card.
Perdock is due in court Feb. 19.

A Spencerport woman is accused of stealing $3,000 from her employer while she worked as an office worker.
LoriAnne Vogel, 48, is charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records, both felonies.
Following an investigation by City of Batavia Police, Vogel turned herself in Friday at 9 a.m. for arrest.
Vogel was arraigned and granted release under supervision of Genesee Justice.
