A GCC student was arrested for allegedly having another student’s ID and using it to make purchases at the school.
Franchesca Borrome, 20, of Harvester Avenue has been charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail.
Two Batavia teens are charged with petit larceny for allegedly shoplifting from KMART in Batavia.
18-year-old Cameron Comer of Vine Street and a 16-year-old West Main Street resident are due in Batavia Town Court March 18. The 16-year-old male is a possible youthful offender.
In a separate incident, two more Batavia teens are facing petit larceny charges. The 16- and 17-year-old girls could be given youthful offender status.
The manager of Empire Tractor allegedly observed the two girls stealing wooden pallets and wood from outside the business. They were issued appearance tickets for Batavia Town Court March 25.
