Officer Kelly Alcorn, the veteran Niagara Falls police woman accused of roughing up a concert goer at Darien Lake this past August, has been indicted on a second-degree felony assault charge by a Genesee County grand jury.
Alcorn, the indictment reads, intended to cause physical injury to victim Elizabeth Dake of Farmington by means of a cinderblock wall.
Alcorn was suspended from her position in December. The 47-year-old was originally charged with second-degree harassment, but the charge was upgraded to a felony. In September, Alcorn pleaded not guilty to the charge.
