Local Assemblyman Steve Hawley is getting the word out about another anti-gun control rally at the state Capitol.

The next in a series of like-minded rallies will take place Feb. 28 and is sponsored by the New York Rifle and Pistol Association.

Hawley invites his constituents to join him to rally to “protect the Second Amendment.”

Buffalo businessman and former gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino is also involved in the effort. He is upset about a piece of legislation recently introduced that would require up to one million dollars in limited liability insurance for anyone who owns a firearm.

For those looking to participate or need more information, Hawley is hosting office hours at GCC Friday. Call 813-9319 to make an appointment.
