A crushing end to the Notre Dame boys’ basketball season last night in the class C1 semifinal by a score of 60-58 to the Avon Braves.
Entering the game against Avon undefeated and as the top seed in the bracket the first year being bumped up to class C, the Fighting Irish came up short in their bid to repeat as sectional champions.
