A Pavilion woman who has twice been caught driving drunk with her children in the car will be given a chance to prove she can stay out of trouble over the next 11 months.

Judge Robert Noonan gave 40-year-old Angela Kruse interim supervision until Feb. 6 when she will return to County Court for formal sentencing, according to our news partner, The Batavian, who was there. Her behavior over the next 11 months will determine the sentence.

Kruse was arrested twice in three months in 2012 in both Wyoming and Genesee Counties and charged under Leandra’s Law.
