The woman accused of supplying guns that William Spengler Jr. used to shoot four and kill two first responders in Webster on Christmas Eve pleaded not guilty in court today to a three-count indictment.
24-year-old Dawn Nguyen is charged with knowingly making a false statement in connection to the purchase of a Bushmaster semiautomatic rifle and a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun from Gander Mountain in Henrietta in June 2010, as well as selling and disposing firearms to a known felon and possession of firearms while being an unlawful user of marijuana.
If convicted, Nguyen faces up to 30 years in prison.
