Another drug arrest by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.
Adam Brodie of West Bergen Rd., in LeRoy has been arrested on two felony charges.
Authorities say the 29-year-old Brodie sold suspected cocaine to an undercover agent on two occasions.

An Orleans County man is under arrest for Burglary in Batavia.
31-year-old Daniel Dioguardi of Holley is jailed in lieu of 5-thousand dollars bail.
The alleged burglary occurred on North Lyons Street last week.
 
A Batavia woman is under arrest for endangering the welfare of children
Batavia Police were called to a lower apartment on Fisher Park to investigate the abandonment of a dog.
Police say they found the apartment in what they termed, deplorable conditions.
Two children had lived in the apartment but were not home when police investigated the dog complaint.
32-year-old Elizabeth Denise was ticketed for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Denise relinquished the dog and it was placed in the animal shelter.
The Department of Social Services is also investigating.

 
Batavia now has an assistant Chief of Police.
He is veteran Officer Robb Yaeger.
Yeager has been with BPD for 25 years.
City Council created the assistant chief position as part of the new budget.
