67-year-old Michael Stoll of Warboys Road in Bergen was arrested on Good Friday in a Rochester municipal park.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office tells WBTA that Stoll was charged with a Class B misdemeanor after allegedly exposing himself to an undercover police officer.
The alleged incident occurred at 11 in the morning.
By 1PM Stoll had posted $250 bail and was released.
Stoll is currently serving as Interim Vice-President for Academic Affairs at GCC. He began his career at GCC when the school was founded 42 years ago.
