A domestic incident while driving leads to a car accident and two arrests.
Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a rollover accident in the Town of Perry Friday. 43-year-old Eleanor Gentile was driving with 49-year-old Jon Eichenberger – both of the Town of Wyoming – when he allegedly pushed her while she was operating vehicle. That caused Gentile to drive off the road and hit a telephone pole.
Eichenberger was treated for minor injuries at the scene, while Gentile was transported by ambulance to Wyoming County Community Hospital for treatment.
Eichenberger was charged with reckless endangerment and harassment in the domestic incident. Gentile was charged with DWI and several traffic violations.
Both are due in Town of Perry Court June 5.
A Batavia man is accused of exposing his backside to other people in a public space.
19-year-old Michael Senay of West Main Street Road is charged with public lewdness. He is due in Court May 20.
A Batavia man is facing several charges after allegedly pushing a woman who he has a child with.
25-year-old Justin Hofert is charged with harassment, criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child. The alleged incident occurred at the UMMC parking lot in the presence of the child.
He was released on his own recognizance.
