The LeRoy Police Department has made a fourth arrest in the larceny of high voltage wire from a local industrial plant.
A five-month investigation has led to the arrest of 25-year-old Dustin Nicometo of Bernville, Penn., who was living at 45 North Street, LeRoy at the time.
Nicometo is charged with one count each of Burglary in the Third Degree, a class D-Felony and Grand Larceny in the Second Degree, a class C-Felony.
Dustin Nicometo is the brother of Michael Nicometo who was arrested earlier in the year for this same crime.
Police says that between Nov. 30 and Jan. 2, Nicometo allegedly unlawfully entered the industrial plant in LeRoy and stole high voltage wire while it was still energized. Both Michael and Dustin are trained electricians.
Dustin was arraigned before the LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 property bond.
The Department says no further arrests are expected at this time.
