Though New York State Republicans have nominated Rick Lazio for Governor, Buffalo Businessman Carl Paladino says he'll stay in the race. Paladino says he'll spend the money needed to petition to get on the ballot.
Paladino says former Congressman Rick Lazio is the wrong man for the job.
Lazio received more than 50-percent support during a vote at the Republican State Convention on Wednesday, while Paladino who's popular with the Tea Party movement got less than ten-percent backing.
The convention wraps up today in Manhattan.
