That couple caught by cops allegedly copulating in a city park, has their next date in court tomorrow.
41-year-old Suzanne Corona of Batavia is charged with adultery after she and her mate, 29-year-old Justin Amend of Oakfield, were allegedly caught in the act on a picnic table in Farrall Park Friday afternoon.
Police said children were playing nearby.
Corona and Amend were both charged with public lewdness.
Corona was charged with the rare count of adultery because the arresting officer knew she was married, and Amend was not her husband.
They are scheduled to appear in City Court tomorrow morning.
A Batavia man has been charged with Harassment and Endangering the Welfare of a child.
23-year-old Danny Torok of Elm street is accused of slapping, and pushing and pulling the hair of woman who was holding his four-month old daughter. Torok has been jailed in lieu of 25-hundred dollars bail.
