A vigilant Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy arrests four Rochester men on Burglary charges.

At about 3:30 a.m. yesterday, Deputy Sergeant Brian Frieday spotted a suspicious vehicle along Veteran’s Memorial Drive near the AT&T Store.

After checking on the driver and the lone occupant, he became suspicious that a burglary had occurred and that the other suspects had fled.

Law enforcement found a window to the store had been smashed, the place ransacked and nearly $10,000 worth of cell phones and electronics stolen.

The driver of the car was arrested without incident. Three other suspects were taken into custody near the Thruway toll booth in Batavia.

The four suspects, all between the ages of 18 and 23, were jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

The stolen property was recovered.

James P. Garcia, 23     Michael A. Olivo, 20  Larry E. Fitoria, 20    Anthony F. Bovenzi-Ortiz, 18
