A Batavia man already indicted on burglary charges is facing one more.
28-year-old Samuel Malone of Walnut Street is charged with second-degree burglary. It stems from an incident in August 2008 where he allegedly stole pieces of a drum set from a home on West Main Street.
Malone was arrested today at County Court where he was appearing on prior burglary charges.
Malone’s DNA profile was indicted in December in connection to other City of Batavia burglaries as the statute of limitations was running out.
Following arraignment on the most recent charge, he continued on his release status from County Court.
