Two Batavia men are facing robbery and assault charges.
There are few details from the Batavia Police Department at this time, but the incident allegedly occurred on Columbia Avenue on July 7.
26-year-old Mark Callan of South Main Street and 29-year-old John Wittkopp of Columbia Avenue are charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury and felony robbery, aided by another.
Callan was arraigned and held without bail. No information was provided about Wittkopp.
An 18-year-old with no permanent address was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department this week for allegedly stealing $3,000 with someone else’s credit card.
Ryan Riggi is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, a class E-Felony.
Police say he unlawfully used the card to steal money at least twice last month.
Riggi was committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
A Stafford woman is sent to jail on $100,000 bail on a bench warrant for a DWI charge.
30-year-old Carolyn Peachey of Main Road was arrested on the original charge which allegedly occurred on July 3 in the City of Batavia.
An Elba woman is accused of stealing a bottle of hydrocodone pills from another person’s purse on East Main Road in Stafford Sunday.
36-year-old Danielle Stevens of Ford Road is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
She’s due in court August 8.
