The fire last month at Wirad Plow Company in Batavia was arson.
Batavia Police this morning released the results of their investigation into the blaze on May 8th that destroyed the historic factory building on Swan Street.
Police say the findings of their investigation will be turned over to the County Attorney’s office.
The suspects in the case are juveniles. Any prosecution of them will be done in family court.
