Rascal Flatts is the latest performer to take the stage at Darien Lake.
His show last night resulted in three people going to jail for causing a disturbance; 13 others were given court appearance tickets for either causing a disturbance or fighting or various other charges.
A total of 22 concert goers were ticketed for underage drinking.

From the local police blotter:
Christine Osborne, 38,  of State Street: she has been charged with Petit Larceny for allegedly shoplifting $63 worth of merchandise from Walmart.
Mark Rebmann, 24,of Exchange Street, Attica: he was charged with Petit larceny for allegedly taking $25 worth of merchandise from K-mart.

Batavia City Council meets this Monday night.
Council is holding both a business meeting and a Conference session.
Council is expected to act on a $30,000 measure to repave the parking lot at Center and School Street.
That is the same parking lot where City Manager Jason Molino had proposed to build a $35,000 dumpster enclosure.
Council meets Monday night at 7 p.m.

The City of Batavia Fire Department will be flushing hydrants on Monday (Sedpt 9) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the general area south of West Main St. and west of Jackson St.

Homes and businesses nearby will be affected. The flushing may result in a temporary discoloration of water.
