The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department makes three arrests following a six-month investigation into the sale of drugs including two possible youthful offenders.
First is Adam Kitt, 32, of Perry who was indicted on four felonies for allegedly selling morphine in the Village of Perry and Town of Pavilion. He is being held in the Wyoming County Jail on $25,000 bail.
A 19-year-old Cattaraugus County woman and a 17-year-old Warsaw girl were also locked up on felony drug charges. The 19-year-old is accused of selling psychedelic mushrooms in Arcade earlier this year and posted $5,000 bail. The 17-year-old allegedly sold marijuana, Adderall, and Xanax three times in the Village of Warsaw. She posted $1,000 bail.
The sheriff’s office withheld the women’s names because they may be eligible for youthful offender status.
