The Batavia man accused of a strong-armed robbery at 7-11 has been indicted by a Genesee County grand jury.
Michael Kraatz, 34, is charged with felony counts of robbery and grand larceny. It says he allegedly entered the store on Oct. 6, stole money and injured and threatened the clerk.
Also, Aaron W. Clark is accused of breaking into a South Bennett Heights home in the Town of Batavia and stealing a dozen credit, debit and gift cards.
He’s indicted on a felony burglary charge as well as 11 counts of criminal possession of stolen property.
