An Albion man is facing several charges for allegedly shoplifting from two Batavia stores.
49-year-old Jerry Walls of East State Street, Albion, is accused of boosting merchandise from Wal-Mart and Home Depot.
He is also accused of falsifying documents at a local pawn shop.
Walls has been jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail.
An Attica man is busted for allegedly selling phony morphine pills.
Steven Snyder, 24, of West Avenue is also accused of selling imitation LSD.
Snyder’s arrest was a result of an investigation by the Wyoming County Drug Task Force.
