If you’re not an absentee ballot voter but need help getting to your polling place tomorrow due to a transportation problem or illness, the Genesee County Libertarian Party is looking to help.

It’s assembling volunteers to drive people – regardless of their political affiliation – to their polling place tomorrow in the City of Batavia for free.

Party founder and chairperson Phil Ricci says it’s too important a duty to pass up due to an inconvenience.

"Too many people have died for the right for you to vote and to not be able to do it just because you don’t have a car or transportation is just silly and we’re not going to let that happen,” Ricci said.

Call Debbie Rosenbeck at 356-8623 to schedule a ride in the City of Batavia.
