Dr. Cornelius Robbins, the second president of Genesee Community College, has died.

Dr. Robbins passed away at his home in Delmar, New York over the weekend. He was 82.
Dr. Robbins served as GCC’s president from 1970 to 1975.
During his term, GCC opened its permanent campus on the hill north of Batavia.
It started in temporary storefront quarters on West Main Street Road.

LeRoy Police have found a missing go cart, but not the person or persons who took it.
The go-cart had been stolen from North Street sometime during the last week of October.
Late yesterday the missing go-cart was accounted for. 
Police said it was the same machine that was mysteriously found in the beginning of October on the 3rd hole of the LeRoy County Club. 
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office has it now. If you have any information who might have taken the go cart in the first place, contact the LeRoy Police Department

Batavia Police are trying to track down the driver of a black Chevy Silverado involved in a hit and run accident last month.
Police say the truck hit two other vehicles on Liberty Street back on November 22nd and just left the scene. There were no serious injuries.
The truck was described as an extended cab model with 4 by 4 lettered on the side and a partial plate of 141-96 or 141-97.
The driver is described as a white male with dark blonde hair with in his 30s, 5-foot-8 to 6-feet tall and 200 pounds.

The Buffalo man who fell from the top deck of Ralph Wilson Stadium during a Bills game last month says he's not guilty of reckless endangerment.  Robert Hopkins was arraigned in Orchard Park town court yesterday, where he entered the plea and was released without bail.  A video of the incident shows Hopkins sliding down an upper deck railing during a game against the New York Jets, then falling to the stands below.
