A Lake Effect Snow Advisory will be in effect tomorrow in Genesee County.
The National Weather Service in Buffalo says it runs from 4 tomorrow afternoon until 1 a.m. Wednesday morning. It says the greatest amounts of snow will be in the Buffalo Southtowns to southwest Genesee County. It’s predicting totals of two to five inches.
The forecast also calls for winds heading west of 15 to 25 miles per hour and gusts up to 35 with some blowing and drifting snow.
Travel could be difficult Tuesday evening with slippery roads and poor visibility.
