A Buffalo man is accused of driving in Alden with a blood alcohol content four times the legal limit.
Brian Grover, 32, was stopped this weekend for allegedly having a headlight out. Troopers report they noticed signs of intoxication and an open beer container. He failed field sobriety tests, according to State Police, and submitted a breath sample which came back with a BAC of .32.
Grover was issued traffic tickets.
Two Western New York men allegedly sold heroin on two occasions in the Village of Attica.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Andrew Robertson of Angola, Erie County, and 24-year-old Nicholas Donnelly of Nesbitt Road, Attica, were indicted on two counts of Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug – class B felonies.
Both are free pending their next court appearances.
