A fatal motorcycle accident in Livingston County.

Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the Town of York Sunday evening involving a motorcycle and a dirt bike.

Sheriff Thomas Dougherty says a motorcycle operated by 25-year-old Anthony Pries of Perry struck a dirt bike from behind on York Road West.

The driver of the dirt bike, 20-year-old Keegan Willies of York, was ejected, as was motorcycle driver Pries and his passenger, Morganne Harrington, 23, of Geneseo.

Pries was transported to Strong Memorial in Rochester by Mercy Flight with a serious head injury. He later died from his injuries.

Harrington and Willies were taken to Strong by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the accident.
