A York man is facing a felony Reckless Endangerment charge after an accidental shooting incident this weekend in Livingston County.
Deputies say the victim, 28-year-old Jeffrey Wilkin, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Kenneth Rogers, 30, of York, was arrested after deputies showed up to a Caledonia residence with Wilkin sitting in the bathroom, holding a cloth to his bleeding face.
Deputies say Rogers accidentally shot Wilkins with a .22 caliber rifle that contained bird shot.
Police say both men had been drinking alcohol before the incident.
Rogers was jailed on $1,000 bail.
