Convicted murderer Scott Doll was scheduled to appear today. That case has also been adjourned until August.
Doll is charged with Promoting Prison Contraband after he allegedly attempted to sneak a quantity of aspirin into Genesee County Jail by hiding it on his body.
WBTA News partner The Batavian has learned that Doll is being held downstate in a Dutchess County prison. According to City Court clerks, that forced his court date to change. A "body order" must be completed to bring Doll to Batavia for court proceedings.
Doll will now re-appear on August 10th at 10:30 in the morning.
