Four people are injured when two ATV’s collide on Route 5 in Pembroke.
The accident happened just after 11 last night.
Deputies said the two ATV’s crashed into each other in the roadway.
Both ATV’s were carrying a passenger.
No names have been released.
One of the passengers was flown to ECMC by Mercy Flight, one driver went to ECMC by ambulance.
The remaining driver and passenger went to UMMC and were later transferred to Buffalo.
The sheriff’s office says charges are pending.

A suspected drunk driver is charged with crashing into a parked car along South Main Street and then leaving the scene..
Too bad for the driver because about 50 members of the Fanara family were attending a gathering last night where the car was parked.
One of the Fanaras chased down the driver, later identified as 23 year old Bradley Howard of Mayville, Chautauqua County.
Howard has been charged with DWI, unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle along with 10 other charges.

A LeRoy man is behind county bars this morning charged with physically abusing his live in girlfriend over a six month period.
34 year old Phillip Adams of Randall Road, LeRoy is accused of allegedly spraying his girlfriend with a flammable liquid and threatened to set her on fire. In another instance, police said Adams allegedly threatened to stick a lit cigarette into his girlfriend’s eye.
Adams is locked up in lieu of $10,000 bail.

The Buffalo Sabres are announcing big news today.  The team released a statement yesterday saying they would be making a "big announcement" at the Harbor Center at one o'clock today.  The Sabres are not releasing what the announcement might be.

The "Buffalo News" is reporting that Jon Bon Jovi talked with Jim Kelly about joining his bid to buy the Bills.  But Jim's wife Jill Kelly took to Twitter Saturday, refuting the reports.  She wrote in a tweet: it is ludicrous to think Jim Kelly would ever link up with a group that would move the Bills out of Buffalo.
