The litigation involving amplified music at Frost Ridge in LeRoy campgrounds drags on.
Yesterday, a hearing had to be adjourned to Tuesday since it didn’t wrap up in time in court.
Judge Robert Noonan continued the stay of his temporary restraining order barring live music at the campgrounds in LeRoy. That means the Phil Vassar concert scheduled for Saturday to benefit the Golisano Children’s Hospital will go on.
The Town of LeRoy and two sets of neighbors are suing Frost Ridge over its outdoor concerts.
The hearing set to determine if minutes from a September meeting of the local Zoning Board of Appeals was submitted within the statutory period for challenging its determinations.
The timing could affect the lawsuits’ success in moving forward.
