The epidemic continues - a seventh case of improper sexual conduct reported in Genesee County since July 1st.
51-year-old Kevin Tierney of Creek Road in Pavilion is accused of Sexual Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. County Sheriff’s Investigator Timothy Weis tells WBTA that Tierney had inappropriate sexual contact with a 16-year-old female without her consent.
Tierney has been released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court at a later date.
