Illegal drugs may have played a role in the latest crash on Route 98.

A pick-up truck and a large Thruway construction vehicle collided on 98 just south of Saile drive early yesterday afternoon.
The driver of the pick-up has been charged with driving while impaired by drugs.
Troopers say 24-year-old David Neibert of Albion drifted into the opposite lane and struck the Thruway vehicle nearly head-on.
The driver of the Thruway truck was not hurt.
Mercy Flight flew Neibert to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. His condition was not available.
Neibert has also been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two young Town of York men have been arrested for Burglary.
19-year-old Tyler Dauphinee and 18-year-old Nicholas Kurtz are each locked up in the Livingston County jail.
Authorities say the two broke into a building on Route 36 in York and stole 14 bottles of alcohol.
29-year-old William Varney of Alexander has charged with possession of stolen property. Genesee County Sheriff's Deputies said Varney was found with textbooks allegedly stolen from GCC’s bookstore.
Governor Paterson is calling on Carl Paladino to tone down his remarks, now that Paladino is the Republican candidate for Governor.
The Governor says he hopes the Buffalo businessman will present his case without the, "undignified conduct he has exhibited in the past." Paterson says Paladino's win in the primary is a cry out for order and for a smaller government, which doesn't spend as much.
The United Way of Genesee County has announced its campaign goal for this year.
It is $392,000, about 3-percent more than last year’s actual donations.
WBTA's Dan and Debbie Fischer are co-chairs of the campaign.
The United Way supports 14 service agencies in Genesee County.
