An underage drinking party in Bergen results in two arrests.
Deputies say 20-year-old Brittany Zinter of McKenzie St, Bergen, allowed minors to drink at her home.
Also arrested was 23-year-old Alyce Pelton of Bergen. Deputies say she supplied booze to at least one underage person.
Zinter and Pelton were charged with Unlawful Dealing with a Child.
Another day of searching in the Town of Darien has failed to find a missing Sumner Road man.
66-year-old Jeffrey Fredericks was last seen on Wednesday.
The search continued yesterday with police, family and volunteers.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Jeffrey Fredericks is asked to call the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
A pair of court appearance tickets were issued to a 20-year-old for allegedly kicking a sheriff’s deputy and swearing in the parking lot of the College Village apartments
Hisae Likura was charged wit Disorderly Conduct and Harassment last night. Deputies say several students were nearby.
An Attica woman has pleaded guilty to stealing more than 92-thousand dollars from her employer.
33-year-old Megan Kuhlmann of Cottonhill Hill Road, Attica, admitted she took the money from Stony Manufacturing, a tool and die company in Elma.
Kuhlmann worked there as a bookkeeper.
She said she forged company checks for over a year.
She faces up to 15 years in state prison.
Kuhlmann bought a pick-up, a tractor and other items with the loot.
A team of meteorologists from the National Weather Service confirms two tornadoes touched down during Thursday's powerful storm in New York City,
The survey team examined the storm damage from the air and on the ground from the 14-mile long path of destruction. Thousands remain without power this morning, an estimated 15-hundred trees were downed in the storm. There have been ten tornadoes to hit New York since 1950.
