The Buffalo News has come out with their endorsement for Governor.  In their Sunday editorial section, the News endorsed Democrat Andrew Cuomo instead of Republican Carl Paladino from Buffalo. The News said there is no choice but Andrew Cuomo. They went on to say that only Cuomo has a chance of bending the state toward rational decision-making.  The paper also admonished Paladino for his past sending of what they called racist and sexist emails.

Meanwhile yesterday, Paladino was in the Rochester suburb of Gates addressing about 60 supporters at the Italian-American Sports Club. Paladino told the gathering that he needs their help in getting out the vote for what he called the most important election of our lives.  Paladino said that November 2nd will be the day that the people took back their government.
