Batavia Police have arrested a city man for allegedly breaking into a Harvester Ave. business and stealing two checks and a credit card.
30-year-old Michael Piasta has been arrested for Burglary in the third degree and two counts of Possession of a forged instrument.
Police say Piasta broke into Batavia Enclosures at 56 Harvester early Friday morning. He later tried to cash the two checks and make purchases with the stolen credit card.
He now locked up in the Genesee County Jail without bail.
