The news for the Bills has gone from bad to worse.  Wide receiver Roscoe Parrish is out for the rest of the season with a broken wrist.  Parrish landed on the wrist in the fourth quarter of Sunday loss to Chicago in Toronto.  He was on pace for a breakout year, raking up a career high 400 yards off 33 catches.  Those stats make him the Bills number two receiver behind Stevie Johnson.  The 28-year-old Parrish was also the team's punt returner.  Head Coach Chan Gailey says Donald Jones will replace Parrish on offense and rookie running back CJ Spiller will handle the punt returns.
