The Oakfield man whose sexual tryst with a married Batavia woman led to a rare adultery charge over the summer is now a wanted man.
24-year-old Justin Amend did not show up in court yesterday for sentencing on a public lewdness charge.
City Court then issued an arrest warrant for Amend who is believed to be living in Florida.
Amend and 41-year-old Suzanne Corona, were arrested in Farrall Park last June having sex on a picnic table in view of children.
Corona, like Amend, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor public lewdness charge and faces sentencing in two weeks.
Prosecutors eventually agreed to drop the adultery charge against Corona as part of a plea deal.
